NORGREN单作用汽缸
Example: (Switching-times without delay)
With a chamber volume of 6 dm3, the valve has the
following switching times:
Pressure rise from 0 to 4 bar: 98 ms
Pressure drop from 6 to 2 bar: 60 ms
Example: (Pressure drop with delay)
Volume of brake: 6 dm3
Switch-off time for XSz from 6 to 2 bar: 60 ms
Delay time with nozzle dia. 1.8: 28 ms
Switch-off time with nozzle: 60 ms + 28 ms = 88 ms
Nozzle cannot be fitted to XSz 10 and XSz 20!
Important: The specified times should be regarded
as guide values only.
Precise setting of the negative overlap between the
brake and clutch (determination of orifice sizes) should
be carried by means of an oscilloscope.
The optimum setting is achieved when an adequately
Mount nozzles in pressure-carrying chamber behind the
two screw plugs (Fig. 15, Item 1). Ensure that the nozzle
chamber is depressurized before removing the screw
plugs. Remove screw plugs and exchange nozzles (Fig.
15, Item 1). It is important that both nozzles of the pilot
valves have the same diameter. Remount screw plugs
after installation of nozzles. The P supply line can be
pressurized again.
b) Brake valve (stop delay) - See Figs. 16 and 17.
Valve type XSz 32: Remove cover (Fig. 17, Item 3) and
exchange nozzles. In this case, the nozzles are located
in the depressurized chamber. With valve type XSz 50,
the nozzles are located behind the silencers (Fig. 16,
Item 5). It is important that both nozzles of the pilot
valves have the same diameter.
