of various sizes to different
fieldbus standards.
The CP string extension option allows
the functions and components of the
CPI installation system to be used.
Fieldbus connection CP
All CP valve terminals and CP modules
are connected using a ready to install
CP cable, and are attached to the CP
interface. Four modules, for example
one CPV-SC valve terminal and one to
three CP input modules, make up an
installation string that ends at the CP
interface. The installation system
supports a maximum of 4 installation
strings, which can be connected to a
CP fieldbus node.
The CP interface of CPV-SC is represented
in the CP/CPI system by a
module with 16 outputs.
